Can I transfer my starting place to another person?
Yes, you can independently transfer your starting spot to another person you know until June 2, 2024. To do this, select the link "Click here to change your data" in the "Data Change" section at the bottom of your registration confirmation (see image 1 in the attachment).
Note: No new registration confirmation will be sent; the original remains valid. Therefore, it's best to forward this to the new participant.
Can I postpone my starting place to 2025?
Yes, until May 24, 2024, you have the option to defer your starting spot to 2025 for a processing fee of €30. You will receive the relevant details shortly before the official registration starts for 2025. Procedure: Click on the "Click here to change your data" link (the second link) in the "Data Change" section at the bottom of your registration confirmation and fill out the form (see image 2 in the attachment).
Can I cancel my registration or withdraw from the event?
Yes, this is possible through the "Data Change" section in your registration confirmation. Click on the "Click here to change your data" link (the second link) and fill out the form (see image 2 in the attachment).
Note: A refund of 65% of the registration fee will be provided until April 20, 2024, and cancellation of the starting place will no longer be possible from June 3, 2024.
My team members didn't register in time. What now?
Once the participant limit is reached, no more participants can be registered. However, you still have the option to join another team or recruit riders from another team. Changing the team name: see below.
